Kids Path Home Care
Kids Path addresses the unique needs of seriously ill children from birth to age 18 and offers assistance to family members and significant others who are providing care. The primary goal of care is to assist the child to live as normally as possible.
The Kids Path Team The Kids Path program’s interdisciplinary team will partner with the child’s physician to address physical, emotional and spiritual issues. Depending on the needs of the child and their family, any or all of the following professionals may provide care and assistance to the child:
